Amber Silverman is an educator and instructional designer specializing in professional learning for teachers and leaders. She has developed research-based courses and materials on a variety of topics, including: reading and math intervention, the science of reading, secondary writing instruction, trauma-informed instructional practices, culturally responsive teaching, and many more. She was formerly a Director of Content Development at Scholastic and is a recipient of the Scholastic Professional Learning Services Award. Amber holds an MAT and is a certified English Language Arts teacher with experience developing standards-based curriculum and working with students of all ages.
